Meet The Team

Ilana joins Compass as a licensed agent in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Although a native Marylander (born in Baltimore), Ilana spent 13 years in Atlanta, then found her way back to Maryland where she made Bethesda her home almost 20 years ago. Ilana has always loved homes and their design. More importantly, she is passionate about people and helping them in any way she can. Her kind heart and patience, coupled with her love of real estate, open communication, and problem-solving skills, allows her to provide a distinctive level of service for both buyers and sellers. 

Ilana holds a BBA in Finance from Emory University. She lives in Bethesda, MD with her husband, three sons, and 2 goldendoodles. In her free time, she enjoys riding the Peloton, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with family and friends.
