Dear friends,

December casts a special glow—a holographic reflection of the year gone by, where moments flash before our eyes. The gift of December is a time to savor family, cherish friends, and indulge in a general revelry we covet all year long. At this time, we also express gratitude, and I am deeply thankful for you—my cherished community—who inspire me daily to grow, improve, and serve with purpose.

As the year draws to a close, I’m proud to share that Kaul Home Group is closing 2024 with nearly $32 million in sales, helping both buyers and sellers find their place in the world. My listings sold in an average of 8 days and for 105% of asking price—statistics that mean

the most because they reflect the trust you’ve placed in me and the care I’ve taken in delivering for you. That’s what truly matters—serving my clients well.

Looking ahead, my market outlook for 2025 is taking shape. A sneak peek: next year presents some unique challenges, especially as rates, inventory and the new adminstration takes shape.  Overall the National Association of Realtors expects a 9% increase in homes sales next year, which is much higher than past years consdering that in just October of this year, there was only a 2.9% increase in home sales and that was the first gain since 2021! I will provide more context and nuance in my note to you early next year, so please stay tuned.

For now, let’s embrace the magic of December, a shimmering finale to the year, where home and togetherness take center stage.
