The gift of December is a time to savor family, cherish friends, and indulge in a general revelry we covet all year long. Looking ahead, my market outlook for 2025 is taking shape. A sneak peek: next year presents some unique challenges, especially as rates, inventory and the new adminstration takes shape. Overall the National Association of Realtors expects a 9% increase in homes sales next year, which is much higher than past years consdering that in just October of this year, there was only a 2.9% increase in home sales and that was the first gain since 2021! I will provide more context and nuance in my note to you early next year, so please stay tuned.
